SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
The pricelist is valid from 15/5-2023-31/8-2024
ORDER:
Minimum order is 250 Euro.
Your order can be placed by mail, fax, phone or in our webshop.
When ordering from Jabadabado AB the buyer has read and approves Jabadabado AB’s sales and delivery terms.

WEBSHOP:
You can register and place your order at our online shop on www.jabadabado.com
As a customer to us, you have free access to all our images in the image bank. These can be downloaded at www.jabadabado.com/press
You do not need a login for this.
There you will find both low and high resolution images as well as all our environmental images from our catalog.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:
We do not split the pack sizes.
We might adjust the quantities on your order according to the pack size in the pricelist.
Contact us for any requests.
CUSTOMER ORDER:
Please contact us before promising a product to any of your customers to check the stock status and delivery time.
PRODUCT TESTS:
Jabadabado’s products are tested and approved according to the EU standard. The customer is responsible for any tests needed when importing or exporting to countries outside of the European Union.
FREIGHT:
Our customer always pay the freight cost.
PAYMENT:
The payment is always in advance.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES:
All transport damages should be reported immediately to the carrier and not to JaBaDaBaDo AB.
If you notice any damage you must notify the courier before signing for the goods.
TRANSPORT PACKAGING
As a customer to Jabadabado you approve that you will handle the recycling of transport packaging and bear any costs for the transport packaging handling on the German market if nothing else is negotiated with Jabadabado.
BACKORDER:
JaBaDaBaDo reserves the right to cancel any backorders.
COMPLAINTS:
Complaints are if possible replaced with spare parts or new toys at the next order. Report complaints within 7 days.
RESERVATION:
We reserve the right to end the sale and for misprints. Most of our toys are handmade and unique.
Size, colour and minor differences in design may occur.
GDPR:
We are following the EU GDPR standards. Only information that is necessary for the business relationship are saved. Address,contact info,VAT-number etc. Contact us if you have any questions.
RESALE THROUGH SALES CHANNELS:
We do not allow resale through sales channels without our approval.
If you plan to sell our products internationally, we must also approve this.
RECYCLING: To protect our planet, we recommend that you sort the protective plastic around some of our products in plastic recycling
